With 15 floors of residential suites and luxury rooms and a façade that communicates with the other side of the river using an innovative lighting system, Tróia Design Hotel leads the way in luxurious living.

The hotel includes a Spa with over 70 different treatments, a unique kids club offering both indoor and outdoor activities, 2 roof-top swimming pools - one cascade and one childrens pool, several restaurants and a lounge bar that are true design spaces, an Entertainment Centre, Casino and a Conference Centre.

The project developed by Promontório Architects, maintains the concept of the original design by well known Portuguese Architect Conceição Silva, elevating it to a more contemporary level. Inspired by the nature that surrounds it, the hotels undulating façade becomes one of its defining features. The use of glass, concrete and chrome-plating with more modern materials such as wood and lacquer finishes is devine. The Interior Design also by Promontório showcases sophisticated, sleek surroundings, with clean lines that are both comfortable and welcoming.

Sonae - Tróia Resort
O Tróia Resort é o principal projecto da Península. A Sonae é a empresa que detém a maior parte do projecto de transformação daquele que, no final dos anos 1990, era um projecto turístico acabado. À empresa de Belmiro de Azevedo cabe um investimento de 450 milhões de euros, dos quais 300 milhões já foram aplicados. No total são 622 casas que já se encontram concluídas - a maioria já está vendida.

Amorim - Tróia Design Hotel e Casino
A outra parte do projecto de Tróia pertence ao grupo Amorim, mais precisamente à Amorim Turismo. A empresa investiu cem milhões de euros na construção do Tróia Design Hotel, que abriu em Julho de 2009, do casino de Tróia e de um centro de espectáculos, que inauguraram a 1 de Janeiro de 2011. O hotel tem 61 quartos de luxo e ainda 144 apartamentos de luxo com tipologias T0 a T3 que custam 695 mil euros.

RH TURISMO - Cocoon Eco Design Lodges é a nova unidade de turismo rural na Comporta

O Cocoon Eco Design Lodges é a mais recente unidade de turismo rural da Comporta. O empreendimento, constituído por 30 unidades de alojamento, aposta no conceito de turismo ambiental responsável.

O projecto foi lançado pela “a vida é bela®”, empresa ibérica de experiências. Concebido de raiz para instalar lodges, o empreendimento possui habitações móveis em madeira e tendas de luxo marroquinas. As mobile homes, construídas de forma a proporcionar um ambiente funcional e contemporâneo, possibilitam ainda a ligação funcional entre o espaço interior e exterior. As janelas panorâmicas convidam a apreciar a paisagem, enquanto que o deck permite de contacto com a natureza.

Materializando um novo conceito de parques de turismo rural, o empreendimento dispõe ainda de uma horta biológica e de espaços de reflexão e convívio, bem como de campo de jogos e piscina.

Além de estadas de férias e fins-de-semana, o resort possibilita o aluguer prolongado – durante cinco, 10, 15 ou 20 anos –, sendo que os proprietários podem rentabilizar o seu lodge, arrendando-o nos períodos em que não o utilizem. Site
